To: Cast/Parents “Once Upon a Mattress”

Cast members are responsible for selling $50 in advertising space (We’d love for you to sell even more!) Many families take out an ad for their cast member/child.  Family, friends and businesses are also great advertising sources.

Checks:  All checks should be made payable to St. Margaret Mary School.

Due Date

Monday, March 3, 2008.  If you miss the deadline there is no guarantee that your ad will appear in the program.  You will be given an opportunity to proof your ad.

Advertisements

You can create your own ad on the computer and save to a disc.  If you do please provide a printed version of the ad along with the disc, just in case our computers are not compatible.  You can include a photo.  (Please put your child’s name on the disc.)

We can also create your ad if you’ll let us know what you want to say.  Just fill out one of the ad forms and attach a photo.  Let us know if the photo must be returned.  Please turn in all ads/checks to Andi Blake in the school office by Monday, March 3, 2008.

Many advertisers will be happy to send you an electronic version of their ad.  If it’s a business card please retype/send the pertinent information or attach the business card to the advertiser information form on the next page.

Do not e-mail your ads to me, I had too many compatibility issues last year and couldn’t open half of them.
