After School Homework Group Program

2008-2009 School Year

Beginning in September 2008, a Homework Group Program will be offered daily after school from 2:50- 3:50. Mrs. Fichter will be working with students on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Mrs. Sneiderman will be working with students on Mondays and Thursdays.  The program is designed to help student’s complete homework in a stress free environment.  Often, children leave school and have many outside activities going on and have a hard time getting homework completed.  This program keeps the children in a school atmosphere that allows them to finish homework before they leave school for the day.  We strive to complete all written assignments and then, if time allows, we begin studying for any tests that week. The students will not meet during the week of Conferences or on any Early Dismissal/Faculty Meeting days.  Please send in your monthly payment the first week of each month with checks made payable to Mrs. Fichter (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) or Mrs. Sneiderman (Mondays and Thursdays). 

                      Monthly costs for grades K-8 will be $80 for 2 days a week.

                      If wishing to attend all 4 days, the monthly cost will be $160.

If you feel this program would benefit you and your child please fill out the form below and return it to Mrs. Fichter or Mrs. Sneiderman, in the school office, no later than August 31^st.  The Homework Group will begin on Tuesday, September  2^nd . Please send payment to the office in an envelope labeled “Mrs. Fichter Homework Class” or “Mrs. Sneiderman Homework Class”. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to email or call one of us.
