Pre-order wristbands for unlimited use of all outdoor inflatable activities by filling out the bottom portion of this form. Return the order form and payment (checks made payable to St. Margaret Mary) to the School Office, Attn: PICNIC WRISTBANDS by Friday, May 23, 2008. Your order will be filled and then the wristbands will be sent home through your child’s home folder. The picnic will be held rain or shine.
Cost of wristbands:
Price at picnic: $10.00 for each night
(Each inflatable outdoor activity will require 4 activity tickets or $1.00 per use without purchase of wristband.)
