The Parish Office is trying to limit the amount of face to face contact so we ask that you please wear a mask when stopping by. We also have labeled boxes in the breezeway between the two sets of double doors for you to drop off anything you need to turn into the Parish Office. We do check these throughout the day. Or please feel free to use the night drop located before the main Parish building entrance on the right. We have been opening up the church everyday usually by 8:00 a.m. for personal visits during the daytime, which is an opportunity for personal prayer or even personal devotions. We are continuing to live-stream daily rosary (M-Th), our weekday daily Masses at NOON (8:15 a.m. on our School Mass days which are typically Thursdays) and also our Saturday evening 5:00 p.m. Mass.
We have Mass Intentions available for both weekday and weekend Masses. If you would like to have a Mass said for someone, please contact the Parish Office for help with available dates and times at 502-426-1588. *Suggested donation for each Mass is $10.

Blessing of the Bibles
Sunday of the Word of God – 3rd Sunday in Ordinary Time – Jan. 23/24
Bring your family bible to Mass to be blessed.
In an apostolic letter “Aperuit illis” issued September 30, 2020, Pope Francis declared that the 3rd Sunday in Ordinary Time will now be known as “Sunday of the Word of God” and will be devoted to the celebration, study and dissemination of the Holy Scriptures.
To honor this occasion, St. Margaret Mary would like to invite all parishioners to bring their family bible to Masses the weekend of January 23/24 to be blessed. Upon returning home, each family is encouraged to participate in the ancient practice known as “bible enthronement” by dedicating a special or honored place for the bible to be displayed in the home. A pamphlet containing a family friendly Bible Enthronement Service will be made available in the back of church, or online here.

Second Sunday in Ordinary Time (January 17, 2021)
“When Samuel went to sleep in his place, the LORD came and stood there, calling out as before: Samuel, Samuel! Samuel answered, “Speak, for your servant is listening.”” 1 Samuel 3:9-10 Today we hear Samuel respond eagerly, “Here I am” each time the Lord calls him. A steward must be listening for the call of God in one’s life and be ready to respond like Samuel, “Speak, for your servant is listening.”
Snow Inclement Weather Policy
With winter’s arrival this is a good time to publish our inclement weather policy. It is our policy here at St. Margaret Mary that whenever our school is cancelled due to inclement weather, then all activities on the campus are also cancelled. This includes all evening events and programs. Masses will not be cancelled because our priest lives on our grounds. We would hope, however, that if travel is dangerous and hazardous, you use your best judgment in deciding if you should try to get here. Updated information about closings & cancellations can be found on our website or by calling the Parish Office.
Weekend & Daily Masses Online

Our daily Masses are live-streamed on Facebook and YouTube weekdays at 12:00 p.m., except on All School Mass days (typically Thursdays) our Mass will be livestreamed at 8:15 a.m. Our weekend Masses will now be live-streamed every Saturday evening at 5:00 p.m. via Facebook, YouTube and our website.
Please know that you may submit your contributions online, at Mass, mail in or drop off to the Parish Office or in the night drop outside the main entrance.
You are now able to submit your contributions ONLINE. This is a safe & secure way to continue your pledge and support for St. Margaret Mary. You are still welcome to mail in or drop off your donation to the Parish Office or in the locked night drop outside the main entrance to the Parish building. *All current automatic withdrawals are continuing as scheduled. We do encourage parishioners to sign up for the automatic service. The form for that is available online as well. This way of contributing benefits SMM the most because the fees are very minimal.*
