The Parish Office is trying to limit the amount of face to face contact so we ask that you please wear a mask when stopping by. We also have labeled boxes in the breezeway between the two sets of double doors for you to drop off anything you need to turn into the Parish Office. We do check these throughout the day. Or please feel free to use the night drop located before the main Parish building entrance on the right. We have been opening up the church everyday usually by 8:00 a.m. for personal visits during the daytime, which is an opportunity for personal prayer or even personal devotions. We are continuing to live-stream daily rosary (M-Th), our weekday daily Masses at NOON (8:15 a.m. on our All School Mass days which are typically Thursdays) and also our Saturday evening 5:00 p.m. Mass.
Join us the first Saturday each month in the Church at 7:50 a.m. for Rosary Devotion. Our next date is November 7th, so come join us! The Five First Saturdays devotion is one of the principal points of the Fatima message. It centers on the urgent need for mankind to offer reparation and expiate for the many injuries that the Immaculate Heart of Mary suffers from the hands of both impious and indifferent men.
On the First Saturday during 5 Consecutive Months, the Devotion consists of Going to Confession, Receiving the Sacrament of Holy Communion, Saying five decades of the Rosary, and Meditating for 15 min. on the mysteries of the Rosary. All this offered in REPARATION for the sins of blasphemy and ingratitude committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

New Ministry @ St. Margaret Mary
“As a body is one though it has many parts, and all the parts of the body, though many, are one body, so also Christ…that there may be no division in the body, but that the parts may have the same concern for one another. If one part suffers, all the parts suffer with it; if one part is honored, all the parts share its joy.” 1 Corinthians 12:12, 25-26
God recognizes and cherishes the differences between His people and calls us to value these differences by working together in unity. St. Margaret Mary is committed to this call for unity & has formed a new Welcoming & Diversity Ministry. This ministry is open to everyone and values all ethnicities and backgrounds. We believe that by valuing every person’s experiences and viewpoints we can come together into the unity God is calling us to. If you would like to be a part of this committee or have any questions please contact: Julie Wood, juliemarie2618@yahoo.com / Susan Sherman, susherman54@gmail.com / Paul Sherman, sherman.paul@twc.com / Liz Pilbean, lizpilbean@aol.com
Stewardship – Starts this Weekend!
Our annual Stewardship campaign begins this weekend, November 7/8 and will run for three consecutive Sundays ending on November 21/22. The third Sunday is considered Commitment Sunday where we ask every family to come forward ceremonially and place their stewardship commitment card into an offering basket at all of the weekend Masses.
Your stewardship packet, which you should have received by now in the mail, contained the new Guide Book and Directory, the annual Stewardship Report, and the Stewardship Commitment Card. As Christian stewards, we receive God’s gifts gratefully, cultivate them responsibly, share them lovingly with others, and return them with increase to the Lord.
Please give prayerful consideration of your pledge of time, talent and treasure for 2020-21. Some of our pressing needs are for liturgical ministers such as Ushers/Greeters, Communion Ministers, Lectors, or Servers. We are also committed to offering opportunities for your ongoing formation in so many ways: from youth to our senior members and all ages in between.
Our outreach through our regular human needs and concerns efforts is always in need of your involvement and generosity. Our prayer ministry is one way that everyone can offer their care for others. These are just a few examples of over 100 ways you can live out your commitment to being good stewards, and as listed on our stewardship intention card. Only with your generous support can we continue in this wonderful tradition of serving as a family of families who have Christ’s love shown by his Sacred Heart and is the Heart of our family.
Your Servant in Christ,
Fr. Bill
Commitment Sunday is November 21/22, 2020
