The CSAA has created a new site to replace SI Play/Sports Sign Up called CSAA Gameday. We have had a chance to see the new site and it is a big improvement. This will be the site we use to sign up for all sports going forward.
CSAA Gameday Registration
You need go to our new athletics website before June 29th, and there you will find a link to register for CSAA Gameday- https://smmathletics.com/
Please note that once you register, they will send you an email to verify your address. You MUST respond to that email to complete your account activation. If you don’t see an email, please check your junk folder. If you encounter any issues with the site while trying to register, there is a link to click for assistance. Please use that before emailing one of us. This is new to everyone and they can help you faster than we can.
Registration for SMM Fall Sports
Registrations will be opening for fall sports next week. You can email smmathletics@gmail.com with any questions concerning registrations for SMM sports. Again please contact CSAA Gameday for issues concerning that site.
Will Fall Sports Take Place?
As of today the CSAA has said that all fall sports will carry on during the normal time frame. I am sure there will be restrictions and safety precautions put in place to help protect everyone. We will share these with you once they have been provided to us and we expect all volunteers to follow them 100% of the time. I will ask everyone for a little extra patience this year when it comes to athletics as nothing will be “normal”. Our first priority is making sure the kids can safely attend school and Mass. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding, and we look forward to seeing everyone soon. Have a safe summer.

Guide Book & Directory UPDATES
Update Membership Information
Does our Church database have YOUR family membership record correct? Here is your chance to update YOUR record for our annual Guide Book & Directory (if you haven’t already done so). It is time for us to update our database with any changes, additions, or deletions that may have occurred in YOUR family over the past year. Have you changed your phone number? Have you moved? Are you preparing to move soon? Are all of your children still at home and are they all included in your membership record? Do you want your record published? If you have not already informed the Church Office about changes to your record, please let us know now so that the information in the Guide Book & Directory is correct. The Church Office number is 502-426-1588. Thank you for your help!
Safe Environment Training
ALL VOLUNTEERS, SCHOOL PARENTS & COACHES
The Archdiocese of Louisville is committed to ensuring that children and youth who worship, study or participate in church-sponsored activities can do so in the safest and most secure setting possible. In an effort to fulfill this commitment, all employees/volunteers who have contact with children or youth (18/under) for ANY length of time are required to participate in one of the Safe Environment Training Workshops and have a background check.

This could change at any moment. *FOR THE MOST UP TO DATE SCHEDULE LISTING, VISITwww.archlou.org/safe. Habitat House Build – 2020
All CDC regulations are in place, and we are ready to send our Church volunteers to build our 9th Habitat House. It was framed by workers from Whittenberg Construction Co. in May-June. We are grateful they sent their people to Habitat instead of home! Again our build is in the Lake Louisvilla area off Westport Rd. Our group is now the Catholic Quintet, instead of Quartet. St. Bernadette joined Epiphany, St. Albert, SMM & St. Patrick will build our Partner Family’s home. Building this summer will be fun, rewarding, and a little challenging. Temperatures will be taken, Masks will be worn, Distancing will be observed, Hand washing stations are IN, Bring own lunch & bottled water, Work 8:00-3:30pm, & HAVE FUN!

Stay Up to Date with Us
Be sure you are subscribed to our emails and like us on Facebook to get the most up to date information. You may also check our website for updates, and links to online masses and donations.
The Parish Office is trying to limit the amount of face to face contact so we ask that you please wear a mask when stopping by. We also have labeled boxes in the breezeway between the two sets of double doors for you to drop off anything you need to turn into the Parish Office. We do check these throughout the day. Or please feel free to use the night drop located before the main Parish building entrance on the right.
We have been opening up the church everyday usually by 8:00 a.m. for personal visits during the daytime, which is an opportunity for personal prayer or even personal devotions. We are continuing to live-stream our weekday daily Masses at NOON and also our Saturday evening 5:00 p.m. Mass.
Online Giving Submit your contributions ONLINE. This is a safe & secure way to continue your pledge and support for SMM. You’re still welcome to mail in, give at Mass, or drop off your donation to the Parish Office/in the locked night drop outside the main entrance to the Parish building. *Current automatic withdrawals are continuing as scheduled. We encourage parishioners to sign up for the automatic service as this way benefits SMM the most with minimal fees. The form for that is available online as well.
Parish Office Hours
Parish Office is open 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Many employees are working from home for precautionary measures. Some staff members are coming in and when in the office are answering the phones or door bell in the airlock. If you need to speak to a staff member, call us at 426-1588. We remain at your service. Or click here for a list of our employees and their emails.
