This sub-committee of the CATHOLIC LIFE ISSUES COMMITTEE promotes the Care of God’s creation and is guided by the principles of Catholic Social Teaching and Pope Francis’ encyclical, Laudato Si, Care for Our Common Home. Primary concerns include education on ecological stewardship, encouraging just and sustainable practices in our parish, church, and world, and advocacy for environmental concerns.
