Parent Teacher Organization

St. Margaret Mary Catholic School is proud to have a very active and effective Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). Our school’s PTO acts as a liaison between home and school. PTO funding financially supports non-budgeted items needed by teachers and allows the school to complete special projects which enhance our facilities, academic offering, and student experience. The PTO promotes SMM through projects and fundraisers such as the Mustang Mile, Fall Festival, Bites & Brews (winter gala), Spirit Nights, and hosts numerous hospitality activities throughout the year. Our goal is to support the school to, improve the offering for our students, while creating opportunities for fellowship and community building among our families.

For the past several years, the PTO has raised more than $100,000 annually. Our PTO pulls the community together, and gives back to the school exponentially!

The success of the PTO depends on the involvement of many volunteers and individual committees that oversee the PTO activities. There are numerous ways to be involved. All are welcome to join in both big and small ways. We encourage parents to come to our monthly meetings to see what PTO is all about, and to understand how your voice, ideas, and participation truly impact our school and your children.
